My post this week is dedicated to @Dis_Nolan, a wonderful member of The Disney Fan Community who has passed. Even though we never got to me in person, we shared many good times online. I remember logging on at 3am during the WDWRadio Marathon Weekend and chatting with Nolan, who was as happy and upbeat as ever. He went on to break the chat record too! His positive spirit, wit and humor will be sorely missed. My heart is very heavy but I know Nolan's heart is free to enjoy Wishes every night at peace.
"WISHES"
MUSIC COMPOSED BY GREGORY SMITH
Star light, star bright,
First star I see tonight.
I wish I may, I wish I might,
Have the wish, I wish tonight.
So make a wish, see it through.
Dare to do what dreamers do.
CHORUS:
Wishes...
Dream a dream.
Wishes...
Set it free.
Wishes…
Trust your heart.
Just believe.
Oh...
CHORUS:
Star light, star bright,
First star I see tonight.
I wish I may, I wish I might,
Have the wish, I wish tonight.
We’ll make a wish and do as dreamers do.
All our wishes,
Will come,
True…
Wishes, wishes.
Wishes, wishes.

Deb - this post is beautiful! In more ways than one. Thanks for sharing ... "Wishes" is my favorite, and always seems filled with emotion for me!
ReplyDeleteWonderful pictures Deb, and a great tribute to your friend. It's amazing how close we can grow to people we never meet in person. Such great relationships that can be formed over a computer keyboard.
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry about the loss of your friend - and what a great tribute you have done for him! I have met so many people online - and so many people because of Disney - it really does become a family.
